the location was convenient for exploring downtown. i walked to many attractions. the hotel provided complimentary french press coffee each morning. i also enjoyed the free e-bikes for three hours, allowing me to cycle around stanley park. the staff was helpful and accommodating.
i found the room airless. the air conditioning was noisy. the humidity was very nice.

I found the staff helpful. They quickly arranged a taxi during heavy rain. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Everything about this hotel felt cute. i really enjoyed the complimentary e-bikes for exploring the area.
the air conditioning was quite noisy, made sleeping difficult some nights.

i found the location convenient, near stanley park and shops. the electric bike option was a nice touch and i used it a lot (exploring the area was easy). the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions, and i got to the train to the airport easily.
The bathroom layout was a little awkward, with the door opening right onto the toilet. It was difficult to move around.
