convenient location free e-bikes
the location was convenient for exploring downtown. i walked to many attractions. the hotel provided complimentary french press coffee each morning. i also enjoyed the free e-bikes for three hours, allowing me to cycle around stanley park. the staff was helpful and accommodating.
i found the room airless. the air conditioning was noisy. the humidity was very nice.

charming artistic retreat

I found the staff helpful. They quickly arranged a taxi during heavy rain. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Everything about this hotel felt cute. i really enjoyed the complimentary e-bikes for exploring the area.
the air conditioning was quite noisy, made sleeping difficult some nights.

artistic stay downtown
electric bike helpful staff convenient location
i found the location convenient, near stanley park and shops. the electric bike option was a nice touch and i used it a lot (exploring the area was easy). the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions, and i got to the train to the airport easily.
The bathroom layout was a little awkward, with the door opening right onto the toilet. It was difficult to move around.

The location was great. The room had a living room, acceptable.
The room was airless. The air conditioning was noisy, and the humidity was UNBELIEVABLE. The blanket was old and synthetic.

the location offered convenient access to local restaurants. i found various asian dining options nearby. the hotel provides complimentary filtered water stations on each floor, a very nice touch. i also received a discount at the forage restaurant, which i thought was pretty nice.
the air conditioning system made quite a bit of noise, which slightly impacted my sleep.
